Yes. SmartPOST campaigns have a €750 minimum charge. Below that we can still help — talk to us about the best way to run a small drop.

Print and fulfilment can be added or quoted separately. If you already have leaflets or letters printed, SmartPOST can quote delivery only.

Yes. SmartPOST can use your audience, location, delivery type and target quantity to suggest suitable delivery areas. You can also refine the selection manually.

Yes. You can click areas on the map, draw a target area or use tools like Target Around a Location, Industry Selection and Find Similar Areas.

Find Similar Areas lets you select a few areas you like and then find other areas with a similar area-level profile. It is useful for expanding a campaign from known good areas.

Yes. SmartPOST can support campaign planning for industries such as estate agents, gyms, restaurants, schools, home improvement businesses, local services and more.

For most campaigns, upload Eircodes only. You do not need to upload names, phone numbers, email addresses or sensitive personal information.

No. Client-facing campaign downloads focus on selected areas, address counts and campaign summaries. Raw uploaded customer Eircodes are not shown in public proposal outputs.

Yes. Clients can contact the SmartPOST team to discuss data deletion or retention requirements for uploaded campaign data.

No. SmartPOST plans campaigns using selected addresses and aggregated area-level indicators. It does not profile or identify individual people.

No. Online guidance is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed by the SmartPOST team based on delivery method, campaign size, print and access requirements.

SmartPOST offers Ground delivery for houses and accessible residential areas, Postal delivery for apartments and restricted-access buildings, and Hybrid delivery which combines both. Print can be added if required.

Yes. Use the Request a Quote form or send your campaign details to the SmartPOST team.

It means only residential home counts are used for your campaign quantity and cost estimate. Selected delivery areas may still contain apartments, commercial or mixed-use addresses, but those are not counted if you choose residential homes only.

Yes. You can choose residential homes plus apartments if your campaign is suitable for both houses and apartment addresses.

Yes. Campaigns can include commercial or mixed-use addresses where suitable.
